HyreLumen wants every applicant to understand exactly what they are applying for and to feel safe throughout. This statement describes the standards we follow when we advertise roles and when we speak with applicants.
It is a short summary. Our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Notice contain the full detail and take priority if there is any difference.
We advertise only roles that an employer is actually offering. We make no earnings promises and publish no invented figures, star ratings or placement counts. Where an advert and the website do not match, we correct whichever is wrong.
We do not charge applicants and we never ask for deposits, kits, course fees, credits or account top-ups. Applicants are never asked to hand over passwords, verification codes or banking logins.
Before you start any work, ask the employer for written information covering its identity, the duties, the pay and the payment dates. HR can describe the general arrangements on WhatsApp, but the employer’s written terms are what you should rely on.
Our roles are open to adults living anywhere in Australia. We do not exclude applicants because of race, religion, gender, sexuality, disability or similar characteristics.
If you would find it easier to receive information another way, or need extra support while completing the course, let HR know and we will help where we can.
Every role begins with a short online course. While you work through it, HR remains available on WhatsApp so questions can be answered as they come up. No one is asked to start work before they are comfortable.
We expect employers to describe roles honestly, to pay applicants as agreed and to treat people with respect. Complaints about an employer are investigated, and we stop making introductions where a concern is upheld.
Genuine contact from HyreLumen comes from the WhatsApp number listed on this website or an email address ending in @hyrelumen.com. We will never move you to an unknown app, send a payment link or ask to view your screen. If you receive anything like that, do not reply and send us the details.
We handle personal information in line with our Privacy Notice and the Australian Privacy Principles.
If an advert, message or role seems wrong to you, email careers@hyrelumen.com and include as much detail as possible. A member of our team reviews every concern and will tell you what action was taken.
Role descriptions, photographs and examples on the site are meant to give a fair picture of home-based work in general. Photographs show people working and are not pictures of specific employers or applicants. When anything about a role changes, we update the site promptly.
We revisit these standards whenever our process changes and at least once each year. Any update is shown here with a new date.
